Enercon Gesellschaft Mit Beschränkter Haftung is a leading technology company in the wind power sector, and we're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior HRBP to join our team in Paterna, Valencia.

About the Role:

  • Provide first-level support on HR processes, policies, and practices in areas such as HR Operations, Governance, Talent Acquisition and Management, and HR Analytics.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and practices in Spain.
  • Act as a point of contact for ENERCON employees in Spain.

Your Profile:

  • Highly reliable and strong job ownership.
  • People and processes oriented.
  • Open-minded and problem-solving attitudes.
  • Willingness and initiative to learn and actively contribute.
  • Educational background in human resources, labour law, or psychology.
  • Experience abroad or in a multicultural environment is an asset.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • IT skills in MS Office environment.
  • User experience with SAP HR modules is an asset.
