Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist - Enterprise Informatics
Job Description:
Be responsible for identifying and creating growth in Healthcare IT (Enterprise Informatics) revenue and market share in Iberia, focusing on Spain.
You will proactively work with sales activities towards new and existing customers, as well as developing, qualifying, and closing profitable Healthcare IT deals.
Your Role:
Providing technical and clinical expertise through sales presentations and product/solution demonstrations to customers.
Identify new deals well in advance in the assigned territory of Spain. Build relationships with key customer personnel.
Identify possible competitors and their strengths and weaknesses.
Establish and maintain relationships with current customers and address their needs to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Formulate solutions for customers by combining knowledge of Philips Solutions, expertise on hospital/clinic workflows, and customer needs to build winning proposals.
Inform and recommend the latest technological innovations and associated configurations to customers, including possible upgrades of the installed base.
Collect customer insights for new product introductions and competitive market feedback.
Participate in congresses, events, and team meetings in Spain and occasionally internationally.
Provide accurate and transparent funnel management as part of daily activity using Philips Systems.
Provide accurate forecasts and explanations when required.
Support Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing technical IT and workflow expertise on Enterprise Informatics Solutions.
Support Account Managers and District Managers in achieving business goals.
Provide the best solution configuration according to customer needs and follow business policy and pricing strategy.
Monitor competition and changes in the industry, providing effective feedback to sales and marketing organizations, including suggestions for expanding product offerings.
You're the Right Fit If You Have:
Previous experience in healthcare IT sales/business development (successful sales experience with emphasis on software and services sales or within healthcare).
Previous healthcare experience within Radiology workflow, Cardiology, or hospital IT department is a significant advantage.
Good communication skills at various levels of customer organizations.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, being perceived as a trusted consultant on Healthcare IT.
University degree, preferably in Engineering or IT.
A desire to continuously learn and follow industry developments.
High level of business understanding and strong ability to understand the market and consult customers professionally in all aspects.
Strong time management and organizational skills to achieve company goals and ensure focus on value-added sales activities.
Strong team player with the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
