.Job Summary- This role is responsible for leveraging deep product and business knowledge to build customer relationship sales strategies for revenue growth. The role maintains a strong sales pipeline and collaborates across departments for seamless customer experiences. The role is underpinned around 4P management across the world; you will act on Country/WW category feedback whilst supporting Call centre managers in closing end user opportunities to drive the optimal consolidated P&L. You will also support and mentor category leads.ResponsibilitiesPossesses in-depth knowledge of the organization's products or services, including technical details, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals to offer tailored solutions.Develops and implements sales strategies to meet and exceed targets driving revenue growth.Collaborates with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies.Provides support to account managers in managing relationships, driving pursuits, and renewing repeat business.Leads contract negotiations and pricing discussions internally with Markets to reach mutually beneficial agreements.Develops a robust long-term sales pipeline to enhance the organization's market.Acts upon customer feedback in collaboration with internal teams to improve the quality of products or services and strengthen client relationships.Shares expertise and best practices with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their sales goals.Stays informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify target markets, create pricing strategies, and set sales goals.Education & Experience RecommendedFour-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in Category management, Ecommerce selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & SkillsBusiness DevelopmentBusiness To BusinessCustomer Relationship ManagementDemonstration SkillsEnd user SellingMarketing and category managementMerchandisingOutbound CallsPresalesProduct DemonstrationProduct KnowledgeSales EngineeringSales ProcessSales ProspectingSelling TechniquesSolution SellingTechnical SalesValue PropositionsWireless SalesCross-Org SkillsEffective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityImpact & Scope- Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.Complexity- Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.Disclaimer- This describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role
