For our IT Operations team, we are looking for an IT Senior Service Desk Analyst . This is a key role to provide efficient technical 24x7 support, help resolve platform-related issues and to ensure service continuity.
The IT Operations technicians that will be based in Barcelona will have a fixed shift from Monday to Firday, from 6.00h am to 14.00 p.m.
The role is based in Barcelona.
Job Duties and Responsibilites:
Supervision of the monitoring system.
Establishment of the alert system improvement plan, as well as its control.
Resolve First Level Incidents.
Identify, record, and escalate incidents as necessary.
Follow-up of the service and implementation of preventive maintenance.
Process control and execution. Platform change execution.
Management of requests. Ticket tracking.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance
Experience and Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar
Skills in incident management, and monitoring tools.
Experience working with corporate tools (Jira) and Azure platform.
Organization and proactivity.
English: C1
More than 2 years of experience in the functions described above.
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Your demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, lead incident response efforts, and influence stakeholders will contribute to successful incident resolution.
Incident Response: Your proven experience in managing and resolving incidents will be invaluable as you prioritize incidents and drive resolution efforts.
