What are we looking for? Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and managing innovative projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and possess strong leadership skills? If so, we want you to join our team at Good Rebels as a new Client Success Director.
As a CSD you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management and business development.
What would be your key responsibilities? Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to clients.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads.
Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.

What are the role requirements? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in client management, project management, and business development within a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
