Buscamos un/a Product Designer que se incorpore a nuestro equipo de Diseño Digital. Ofrecemos teletrabajo al 50% y posibilidad de trabajar en nuestras oficinas en el 22@ (Barcelona ciudad), transporte gratuito de empresa en el caso de que quieras venir a trabajar ocasionalmente a HQ.¿CÓMO ES NUESTRO EQUIPO? Estamos informados de las tendencias y de la actualidad del mundo retail y diseño.¿CÓMO ES UN PRODUCT DESIGN EN MANGO? Trabajarás mano a mano con los product owners, diseñadores de contenido, analistas digitales, researchers y desarrolladores, entre otros stakeholders.En tu día a día...Aportarás la visión estratégica sobre la interacción con el/la clienta, analizarás comportamientos e identificarás problemas y necesidades a resolver.Diseñarás flujos de navegación analizando todas las casuísticas posibles, crearás prototipos para tangibilizar las ideas, experimentar y comunicar tus propuestas con stakeholders.Trabajarás conjuntamente con el equipo de design research para diseñar las investigaciones necesarias para tu squad.Colaborarás en el sistema de diseño de Mango, tomando decisiones colectivamente.Definirás junto al product owner y el analista digital los KPI's del producto para identificar las métricas clave que te permitan, mediante test A/B, validar o invalidar hipótesis y tomar mejores decisiones de diseño.Trabajarás conjuntamente con el equipo de desarrollo en tus diseños, buscando el mejor encaje de impacto/esfuerzo.Presentarás frecuentemente a C-LEVEL evolución, aprendizajes, posibles soluciones de diseño e hipótesis, acorde a las necesidades de los usuarios y los objetivos de negocio.Promoverás la cultura del diseño en Mango.¿Qué esperamos de ti? Que tengas un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia como diseñador de producto digital (UX/UI).Que seas usuario avanzado de herramientas como Figma, Sketch, Invision o similares.Que hayas trabajado con Design Systems y conozcas las bases del diseño atómico.Valoraremos muy positivamente que hayas diseñado experiencias en otros e-commerce
