JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Field Marketing Representative - Generally responsible for opening, maintaining, and reviving accounts within the area of assignment and handling the sales agents within the area.BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPromote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing; Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures; Release loan proceeds toborrowers; Expedite resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments; Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts; Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies; Analyze the market's potential; Provide market and competitor's analysis as needed; Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:Vocational Course / College Level/Highschool graduate; At least 6 months related work experience (Field Marketing/Financing); Background in Financial or Loan Institution; Honest & trustworthy, "Can Do" attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible; Male or Female;100%Field Works.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Additional leaveCompany eventsHealth insuranceLife insuranceOpportunities for promotionPay raisePromotion to permanent employeeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:13th month salaryPerformance bonusExperience:Field/Loan Officer: 1 year (Preferred)Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
