Conviértete en el próximo Account Manager Zona Sur de ADI que represente la gama completa de soluciones de la empresa a los clientes asignados y gestione el ciclo de planificación de cuentas de clientes, garantizando que la empresa satisface las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes.

El puesto está situado en Sevilla, Málaga o alrededores . Se requieren desplazamientos por toda la región de Andalucía y Extremadura.

ADI es una subsidiaria de propiedad absoluta de Resideo, que es una empresa que cotiza en bolsa por valor de $4.5B en la Bolsa de Valores de Nueva York.

Introducción del puesto

Se trata de un puesto de gestión clave en ADI, que reportará al Country Sales Leader para España y Portugal , con las siguientes responsabilidades:

Desarrollar una relación de trabajo sólida y duradera con las cuentas de la zona, encontrando y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades que impulsen el crecimiento y la rentabilidad.

Desarrollar estrategias que permitan una mayor penetración de productos y servicios en estas cuentas.

Negociar contratos para el suministro de equipos de seguridad a estos clientes de acuerdo con los objetivos de ventas y márgenes de la Compañía.

Lograr objetivos de ventas designados y métricas clave relevantes para estas cuentas mediante la implementación de estrategias apropiadas.

Coordinar el esfuerzo y las contribuciones de cualquier recurso de back office que sirva para garantizar las entregas esperadas.

Alimentar y mantener el sistema CRM corporativo (Salesforce) en lo relacionado con las cuentas a su cargo.

El Account Manager Zona Sur representa toda la gama de soluciones de la empresa en los clientes asignados, liderando el ciclo de planificación de la cuenta del cliente.

Atributos clave

Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas importantes/clave.

Demuestra y fomenta una comprensión clara de las prioridades y un fuerte compromiso para lograr con éxito las metas personales y de equipo.

Muestra un sólido sentido común comercial con excelentes habilidades de gestión.

Evidencia de éxito en el crecimiento de cuentas importantes en términos de ingresos y rentabilidad.

Capaz de negociar y mediar con clientes y proveedores para proporcionar valor adicional.

Evidencia de confidencialidad al trabajar con información sensible.

Capacidad analítica excepcional y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.

Altos niveles de energía e impulso con una fuerte voluntad de éxito.

Excelente conocimiento de las herramientas MS Office, especialmente MS Excel y PowerPoint.

Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno rápido y ocupado.

Habilidades multilingües: Fluidez en español. Inglés es un plus.

Conocimientos de productos de seguridad - videovigilancia, intrusión, control de acceso, fuego.

Examina eficazmente cuestiones y plantea soluciones alternativas.
