**Resumen del trabajo**:
Ejecutar la entrega de administración de servicios de alta calidad, para un área definida de FSO (Field Services Organisation), al partes interesadas relevantes de la fuerza de campo. Asegúrese de que las partes interesadas pertinentes participen en un manera oportuna y con un alto nível de cooperación para impulsar un back-office satisfactorio administración. Ejecutar proceso de producto de servicio de cumplimiento de pedidos para informes internos y facturación entre empresas.
El puesto estaría basado en Arganda del Rey - Madrid o Lisboa - Portugal
**Qué harás**:
- Ejecutar la entrega de administración de servicios de alta calidad, para un área FSO definida, a las partes interesadas relevantes de la fuerza de campo. Asegúrese de que las partes interesadas relevantes participen de manera oportuna y con un alto nível de cooperación para impulsar una administración administrativa satisfactoria.
- Propietario de Master Data Management para centros de trabajo
- Ejecutar la gestión y seguimiento de pedidos internos.
- Ejecute la facturación intercompañía de extremo a extremo para los ingenieros de servicio prestados de un mercado a otro abriendo órdenes de servicio
- Ejecute la administración del servicio con la aplicación consistente de estándares globales, procesos, requisitos locales y legales.
- Participar en las actividades de mejora continua e implementación de mejores prácticas relacionadas con la administración del servicio.
- Logística local - de herramientas y plantillas requeridas para eventos de servicio
- Soporte de organización de viajes para ingenieros de servicio
- Brindar un apoyo activo en Transferencia de Conocimiento

- Título Universitario en Administración de Empresas o equivalente.
