Our goals are big, ambitious, and driven, and we need you to help us achieve them JOB: AMAZON PPC Team Lead (Full-Time) To help us achieve our goals, we are seeking an Amazon PPC Team Lead to lead our PPC team and manage a broad portfolio of Amazon PPC clients worldwide, with a focus on European marketplaces.
You will lead a team of four PPC Specialists and work closely with the Amazon PPC Performance team to maximize revenue and profits for our clients. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement PPC strategies to grow revenues and profits for existing and new clients Manage and optimize PPC campaigns using PPC software Identify and apply new strategies to improve PPC campaign performance Assign tasks and manage deadlines for the team using our Project Management tool Clickup Create strategy reports to drive internal and external efficiency Monitor and troubleshoot PPC campaigns to ensure optimal performance Take full responsibility for the PPC results of your team Communicate effectively with other departments such as Account Managers and Virtual Assistants to ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction Leverage software to drive automation DEPARTMENTAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the PPC department, including hiring, training, and performance management Develop departmental goals, strategies,
and processes to achieve business objectives Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency Provide guidance and support to team members to foster their professional growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices REQUIREMENTS 24 months or more of work experience as a PPC Specialist in the Amazon Marketplace Experience in all mentioned responsibilities, including team management Excellent organizational and task management skills for remote settings Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Possess good data manipulating skills Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools/software like Jungle Scout or Helium10 WORK SCHEDULE You will have flexible working hours, with a requirement for a few hours overlapping with German business hours.
