They will support Prime Video Ads, just launched in the Spanish market, develop sales packages, and play an enablement role with the broader Sales team. They are sought-after partners and brought as needed to close business with high-value customers - often focusing on delivering short-term progress (e.G. 6 months) against specific accounts with pre-identified adoption challenges.About the team: Amazon Ads helps brands design ad experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful results. If you're interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, you've come to the right place.Key job responsibilitiesSenior Video Sales Specialists work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Advertising Customers. They are responsible for:Drive adoption of Amazon's video advertising offerings externally, by articulating the value proposition across all video products (Prime Video Ads, Twitch, and Online Video).Scaling video GTM strategies across the local account teams.Work closely with agencies and clients directly to negotiate and close video deals.Understand full funnel media strategies and how to activate across Amazon.Deliver innovation to help position Prime Video as the #1 Streaming Service and long-term growth opportunity.Understand 3rd Party and 1st party measurement for streaming transactions.Ideate with the Brand Partnership Team to develop branded integration opportunities and unique sponsorships for their accounts.Partnering with LCS and Video GTM to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in Streaming TV sales and/or business development.Experience managing internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and Product groups.Experience building and deploying GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning, and messaging.Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue, with a focus on delivering long-term customer-driven outcomes.Manage customer objection handling and suggest alternative solutions as necessary to maximize the partnership opportunity
