Area Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to play a key role in driving the growth of our vascular - coronary intervention products portfolio across Europe and beyond.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain formal business relationships with hospital finance departments to ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Participate in transfer pricing discussions with country heads in accordance with market dynamics and company pricing strategy.
  • Identify, build, manage, and grow an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors, and independent sales agents to increase product penetration and meet business objectives.
  • Develop business development strategies for existing and new hospitals.
  • Conduct market research through primary and secondary sources.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience selling coronary intervention products.
  • Previous Medical Devices industry experience.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for building the market from scratch.
