We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage large teams in the B2C medical sector with a retail-oriented approach. This individual will oversee networks of sales representatives, ensuring achievement of sales targets while providing exceptional support to our Clinicians and Patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives, driving growth and revenue increase.
  • Leading and mentoring sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyzing market trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly, staying ahead of the competition.
Minimum Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
