Working within the Sales team spread out across Europe, Middle East & Africa, you will be supporting them with duties such as pricing, lead time enquiries, order entry and back-office management. The role will consist of primarily handling all spare parts and all products (compressors, dryers & filters) queries among other general administrative tasks. The right candidate will be able to work independently, show initiative and be proactive. The right candidate should be robust and capable of handling a challenging environment.Reviewing orders for accuracy – checking pricing, availability of parts, billing & shipping address.Order processing of spare parts / machines and complete product orders using SAP / SD ERP system.Configuring machines based on specifications provided by product specialists.Responding to quotes, lead time and general enquiries from existing and new customers
