MissionThe Regional KAM is an entrepreneurial leadership role responsible for the development and implementation of the Red Bull sales strategy, thereby delivering sales, volume, and P&L targets for major regional customers.This role requires a 'hands-on' leader and team player who is able to set clear expectations and objectives, who sets aggressive goals and delivers on key initiatives.The Regional KAM needs to be able to devise a medium-term vision, based on a thorough understanding of trends and opportunities with attention to detail.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the implementation of the Red Bull commercial strategy at key regional customers.Manage sales & new business forecasts, prepare and evaluate/track sales budgets ensuring that agreement counter performance is being executed.Successfully implement national price increase strategies and establish the customer pricing accordingly.Develop customer strategy and annual business plan in line with overall national sales strategy.Prepare negotiation scenarios and strategy and fully lead the negotiation process.Ensure that Red Bull is at the forefront of customer relationship management.Analyse available data sources (e.G. Nielsen, scanner data) to profitably manage the portfolio and derive growth opportunities for the Red Bull brand with each key customer.Build effective annual promotion plans based on sound sales development and profitability analysis.ExperienceProven track record of at least 3 years professional experience in sales (KA, Trade, Field) ideally with FMCG/beverage background.Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships.Category Management and Teams Management experience is a plus.RequirementsUniversity Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.Fluent in English, written and spoken; other languages useful.Strategic & innovative.Strong planning skills.Effective negotiation skills.Problem-solving.Presentation skills.Analyze sales & consumer data.Financial systems SAP/BI.Interpersonal skills.Travel 25%.#J-18808-Ljbffr
