Se responsabilizará de la cogestión y atención de todos los clientes que componen su cartera. Asimismo, también se encargará de la captación de clientes nuevos del perfil asignado a su segmento. Para ello contará con el apoyo y directrices del Private Banking Manager.
En el desempeño de sus funciones colaborará con el resto de segmentos de negocio de PCC y del Banco.
Responsabilidades del puesto
- Asegurar que las oficinas asignadas conocen la Propuesta de Valor de Banca Privada, y conocer el micro-mercado del entorno de todas estas oficinas.
- Colaborar con las Oficinas en la detección y captación de nuevos clientes, asi como con el segmento de Banca de Empresas en la captación y gestión del pasivo de las sociedades como de sus personas físicas.
- Realizar todas las acciones necesarias encaminadas a conseguir los objetivos de negocio establecidos para él, y para cada una de las Oficinas asignadas, impulsando las políticas comerciales definidas a tal efecto.
- Revisar conjuntamente con los Gestores de las Oficinas asignadas las oportunidades de traspaso o cogestión de clientes, para asegurar que tienen la potencialidad necesaria para acceder al Segmento.
- Captar nuevos clientes y negocio, siendo pro-activo en la búsqueda de nuevos clientes y cumpliendo con las obligaciones formales y de análisis del riesgo de potenciales clientes, con carácter previo a la propuesta de adopción y revisión.
- Realizar el seguimiento de la información comercial (consecución presupuestaria, evolución de Campañas, informes de rentabilidad, etc.) y revisar periódicamente la consecución de su Plan de Ventas.
- Realizar un seguimiento de los mercados financieros y noticias en general, compartiéndolos con el resto del equipo del CA y Gestores de las Oficinas asignadas.
- Mantener informados a sus clientes sobre la oferta de servicios y productos establecidos para Banca Privada, así como identificar continuamente nuevas oportunidades de venta de productos y servicios que puedan mejorar su fidelización con el Banco.
- Gestionar la relación habitual con los clientes que dispongan del servicio de Cartera Asesorada y gestionar la totalidad de sus necesidades de inversión.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa implantada por el Banco en todas las tareas de información sobre inversiones y/o asesoramiento a clientes que realice.
- Asegurar que las operaciones de riesgo que plantee son adecuadas al perfil del cliente, tienen sentido económico y cumplen los criterios establecidos por la normativa en vigor.
- Asegurar un nível excelente de atención y servicio a todos sus clientes y potenciales, de forma eficaz y eficiente en todos sus cometidos, de acuerdo a la normativa que establezca el Banco.
- Asegurar una adecuada rentabilidad para el Banco del negocio captado y del gestionado de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos, siempre velando por los intereses del cliente.
Experiência
Experiência mínima de 5 años en la captación y gestión de clientes y en comercialización de productos bancarios.
Formación / Perfil personal
- Se valorará titulación universitaria, preferiblemente Empresariales y/o Económicas.
- Se valorará titulación en asesoramiento de banca personal y/o privada.
- Buena capacidad de relación y comunicación.
- Alta orientación al cliente.
- Orientación a resultados y a consecución de objetivos.
- Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad de planificación.
- Iniciativa y proactividad.
