**Misión**:
Apegado a la filosofía, políticas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad trazados por Meliá Hotels International, realiza funciones de planificación y seguimiento de proyectos, elaboración de reportes y procesos en colaboración y soporte a la operación comercial, operativa y administrativa de la gestión Club así como la organización, coordinación, planificación y ejecución de tareas.
**Funciones del puesto**:
- Gestionar agenda de juntas y reuniones.
- Elaborar resumen de reuniones y realizar seguimiento a los planes de acción y ejecución de los mismos con los respectivos responsables que se asignen.
- Asegurar la implementación y desarrollo de los proyectos, hoja de ruta, dead lines, responsables y cumplimiento.
- Planificar, coordinar, organizar y participar en eventos y actividades de la empresa.
- Analizar resultados para propuestas de objetivos de equipos y/o variables de estrategias comerciales.
- Canalizar y autorizar solicitudes en casos en que se requiera representación de dirección, siempre apegado a la filosofía o criterio de este.
- Crear reportes de aplicación colectiva.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de instrucciones a través de recorridos y auditorias de forma regular.
- Gestionar vuelos, BCC's, viáticos, traslados, liquidaciones de gastos.
- Reunirse con terceros, grupos de interés, clientes internos y externos, etc. en representación de dirección.
**¿Qué buscamos?**:
- 2/3 de experiência en puesto similar.
- Grado en Administración/ Turismo/ Mercadeo/ Economía/ Relaciones Internacionales o similar.
- Comunicación oral y escrita en español e inglés.
- Dominio de las diferentes herramientas de Office, aplicaciones e IA.
- Capacidad para gestionar imprevistos.
- Flexibilidad, responsabilidad y compromiso.
- Comunicación y organización.
- Orientación a resultados, proactividad y trabajo en equipo.
