Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager - Engine Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing engine-related issues and risks within the Programme. This role will involve working closely with various functions, including Engineering, Support, Supply, Commercial, and Quality, to identify and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and Risk Management: The incumbent will be responsible for managing engine-related issues and risks, ensuring that integrated planning and action plans are in place to resolve these issues.
- Change Coordination: The Solution Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating changes, including existing ongoing product changes or new product changes requested for the resolution of an issue/risk.
- Project Management: The incumbent will use Project Management tools and Programme management competencies to drive the change through its different gates.
- Communication and Reporting: The Solution Coordinator will maintain integrated planning and action plans, identify focal points, hold regular meetings, and issue status reports.
- Interface with Stakeholders: The incumbent will interface with Parent Companies and Customers throughout the Change process.
- Performance Metrics: The Solution Coordinator will establish and maintain the appropriate set of KPIs, providing regular visibility on progress, roadblocks, risks & opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: The incumbent should have experience in Programme Management and training in Programme Management tools.
- Industry Knowledge: The Solution Coordinator should have experience in the aeronautical engine field, ideally with knowledge of the TP400.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
- Leadership Skills: The incumbent should possess leadership skills, be hardworking, and have a solution-driven orientation.
Reports to: Programme and Operations Director
Organisational Role: Member of the Product Design Stream
