remote people is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our client, a pioneer in AI-powered medical imaging , to spearhead their expansion into the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. In this pivotal role, you'll introduce groundbreaking solutions that analyze 70,000 images daily , helping avoid up to 90% of diagnostic errors and saving up to 40% of time in medical reporting. As the Sales Manager for DACH , you'll shape our client's success in key European markets, directly impacting the future of healthcare technology. Contract & Location Permanent, Full-time Based in Germany, with frequent travel across Germany 2-3 trips per year to the headquarters in Paris Key Responsibilities Launch our client's innovative products in the DACH market Identify and onboard strategic partners to amplify market presence Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) in radiology to build credibility and influence Generate high-value business opportunities with top radiology facilities Craft and execute a winning sales strategy for DACH Leverage cutting-edge digital tools for prospecting and growth Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse markets Provide crucial market intelligence to shape company strategy Your Profile Master's degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field Proven track record in B2B product launches, ideally in healthcare tech Digital prospecting expert with strong CRM skills Master project manager capable of juggling multiple high-stakes initiatives Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen Fluent in English and German , additional languages a plus Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Adaptable professional thriving in diverse cultural environments Radiology industry experience and existing DACH network highly valued Why You'll Like Working Here Competitive package: €5,000 - €6,000 monthly salary up to €20,000 annual bonus €400 monthly car allowance Be at the forefront of AI innovation in healthcare Comprehensive training on cutting-edge AI technology Collaborative, innovative work environment Significant career growth potential in a rapidly expanding market
