Responsible for:Check and verify data relating to user registration and onboarding. Ensure that information is accurately entered in the system and follow proper procedures for user onboarding.Resolve user access issues into system platform. The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Support Specialist may need to verify information and update the database to reflect recent changes, again ensuring that the new data is correctly entered in the system.Handle enquiries regarding onboarding issues.
