SENIOR PACKAGING ENGINEER
BARCELONA Desde MCR International estamos buscando un ingeniero sénior de embalajes para que se una a un dinámico equipo industrial. En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de generar un impacto significativo al liderar nuestra transición hacia un embalaje sostenible. Funciones: Definir, planificar y ejecutar proyectos de desarrollo centrados en ahorro de costos, seguridad de suministro, innovación e inversión en maquinaria en colaboración con los equipos de Marketing, Compras y Operaciones. Impulsar la innovación y trabajar en los de objetivos de sostenibilidad. Apoyar y gestionar a los técnicos de envasado locales. Supervisar la creación e implementación de nuevos formatos de envasado. Realizar pruebas de laboratorio y desarrollar prototipos de envasado. Crear y actualizar especificaciones detalladas de envasado. Colaborar en la aprobación de diseños artísticos. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de garantía de los proveedores de envases. Abordar las quejas de los proveedores y hacer un seguimiento de los planes de acción. Evaluar y auditar a los proveedores, implementando planes de mejora cuando sea necesario. Coordinar con varias plantas en diferentes países para aplicar las mejores prácticas y alinear los procesos. Actualizar los certificados de los proveedores para cumplir con los requisitos de la normativa. Requisitos: Título universitario en Ingeniería. 10 años de experiencia en packaging. Dominio del inglés. Se valorará el dominio del francés y del italiano. Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación. Sólidas capacidades analíticas. Iniciativa y proactividad. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo. Excelentes dotes relacionales y de comunicación. Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo.
