Business Development Associate Nordics
Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Business Development Associate Nordics to join our growing Nordics Cluster Team.
The Business Development Associate Nordics will work closely with the Nordics Business Development Director, as well as support interactions with the Management Teams in the countries.
Together they will evolve the Go-To-Market processes and tools to support expansion in our Nordics markets (Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark), and enhance Operations across markets.
This role is expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows, with a large potential to take other roles in the company.
Key Responsibilities
Evolving the Go-To-Market strategy and following-up the implementation (channels, packages, prices, commission schemes).
Identifying improvement areas in our sales channels through data and designing and implementing new processes and tools in order to optimize our results.
Defining Verisure's new adjacent business opportunities.
Supporting the definition of the Go-To-Market strategy, identifying risks and opportunities.
Supporting countries' commercial teams in the implementation of specific processes and tools to improve P&L's top line.
Analyzing operational & financial data to drive conclusions and prepare management reports.
Working with the rest of the Nordics Cluster team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Location
The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with some travel to the Nordics markets expected.
Candidate Profile
Experiences and Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or Business Development role.
High affinity towards data and technology with ability to analyze opportunities and processes.
Strong business sense, understanding the business impact of KPIs.
Experienced in complex data analysis and advanced data modeling with Excel.
Entrepreneurial drive with a strong hands-on approach and commitment.
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, able to work well under pressure.
Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture.
Strong written and oral communication capabilities.
Very fluent in written and spoken English (other languages will be a plus).
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar.
