FuncionesDesde Temporing seleccionamos supervisor/a de pisos con experiencia previa en Hoteles de 4 o 5 estrellas en Barcelona.Buscamos profesionales flexibles, con vocación de servicio, preocupados por la calidad del trabajo realizado, puntuales y comprometidos con su trabajo.• Verificar el estado de las habitaciones.• Comunicar de manera directa el cambio estado de habitaciones.• Inspeccionar todas las habitaciones antes de liberarla al departamento de recepción.• Realizar la comunicación necesaria con el departamento de recepción para determinardiscrepancias en las habitaciones.• Actuar como enlace entre el equipo de camareras de pisos y la gobernanta para una mejororientación al equipo y a la libertad de expresión.• Documentar y resolver posibles incidentes que pudiesen surgir.• Preparar y distribuir las hojas de tarea al equipo.• Asegurarse de que las habitaciones vacantes queden limpias a la mayor brevedad posible parapoder ponerlas a la venta.• Realizar seguimiento de las habitaciones que estuviesen en "No Molestar" y realizar el servicio.• Revisar áreas publicas.• Asegurarse que los estándares de limpieza establecidos se alcanzan con creces.• Resolver posibles quejas de clientes y compañeros.• Mantener estrictamente un control sobre los objetos perdidos de los clientes y adherirse alprotocolo establecido.• Cumplir y hacer cumplir todos los protocolos y políticas marcadas por la empresa. Requisitos - Disponibilidad de mañanas, de lunes a domingo en turnos de 8:00h. - Documentos válidos y vigentes.- Valoramos una buena actitud y compromiso.- Puntualidad.- Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata.- Mínimo de 1 años de experiencia en el departamento de pisos en hoteles de 4 o 5 estrellas.- Excelente control del idioma español, valorable otros idiomas. Se ofrece - Jornada completa.- 8h * servicio en Horario de mañana con los 2 días de descanso correspondientes a la semana.- Uniforme.
