We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at our upscale hotel/resort. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead the housekeeping team, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Proficiency in English is required, and additional language either Greek or Spanish is required

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including room attendants and cleaning personnel.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, delegate tasks, and ensure staff adherence to high cleanliness standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the housekeeping team.
- **Quality Control**:

- Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain consistent quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Address and rectify guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Manage and control housekeeping supplies and amenities inventory.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to order cleaning supplies and linens as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train new housekeeping staff on service standards, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance staff performance.
- Organize regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry best practices.
- **Guest Service**:

- Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction with housekeeping services.
- Anticipate and address potential issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of room status, cleaning schedules, and inspections.
- Generate reports on housekeeping performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on housekeeping-related matters.

**Salary**: 1,200.00€ - 1,350.00€ per month
