You'll lead the Sales team by demonstrating how we serve as a trusted advisor to our prospects. You'll guide your team on how to work with prospects throughout the entire buying process (initial evaluation to close). You'll set bold yet achievable goals and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how we're doing in achieving our targets. You'll budget accordingly and pivot as needed to ensure everything runs smoothly from month to month. Quite simply, you'll have the opportunity to impact our business in a big way.WHAT WILL YOU DO Boldr Brand AmbassadorYou'll quickly develop a deep knowledge & love for Boldr Economics, Impact and desire to shape the future for our belief that Talent is Everywhere but opportunity is not.You will become an expert in our evolving service offerings and understand the nuances of how they can be used so that you're able to support prospects accordingly.Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospect's company size, industry and desired customer experience.You provide an excellent experience with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion. Most of your time will be spent positioning the value of our service with stakeholders through consultations via email and video calls. There's a reason we call you a trusted advisor-- this is less about the hard sell and more about having the service knowledge, passion and people skills to help the prospect make the best decision for their needs.You're exceptionally responsive to your client's requests, and able to prioritize competing priorities well. You've got heart and passion for our customers and the ability to exude client satisfaction.Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the service team so that we can improve the offering and prioritize the right projects.LeadershipAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team as well as providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands conversion rates on marketing leads
