Para que puedas apoyar el propósito de la Dirección de Marketing , con tu rol de Product Manager, contribuirás a conseguir que futuros estudiantes nos elijan para cursar su grado con nosotros. Para lograrlo:
Liderarás las estrategias y planes de producto y marketing de una serie de grados, másters y postgrados y/o clínicas universitarias.
Trabajarás directamente con la Dirección de las diferentes Facultades o Departamentos, así como con miembros de equipos multifuncionales. A través de las entrevistas con facultades, nuestro cliente interno, el análisis de datos y las conversaciones con las partes interesadas, optimizarás el valor y la visibilidad, es decir, basarte en datos cualitativos y cuantitativos para la mejor toma de decisiones.
Funciones :
Desarrollar y controlar el plan de marketing para tu línea de producto, de acuerdo a los objetivos de negocio:
Analizar y llevar a cabo el seguimiento de las tendencias del mercado, el consumidor, la competencia, así como los planes de ventas, para asegurar el correcto planteamiento e implementación de la estrategia de marketing óptima y detectar nuevas oportunidades de mercado.
Analizar los productos actuales y la viabilidad de nuevos productos y definir el posicionamiento de los mismos, para expandir nuestro catálogo o posicionar la marca UIC Barcelona.
Desarrollar, supervisar y coordinar con Comunicación, Promoción y Admisiones y la Dirección de las diferentes Facultades o Departamentos, el plan de marketing para cada línea de producto para contribuir a alcanzar así los objetivos.
Desarrollar e impulsar herramientas de reporting que evalúen el impacto de la acción de marketing para ayudar a la toma de decisiones.
Dar soporte a su responsable en el desarrollo de los procesos de su Dirección para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
Hacer el seguimiento del presupuesto y proveedores, una vez esté aprobado por su responsable directo, para garantizar su implementación en el tiempo y presupuesto estipulado.
Trabajar con equipos transversales de promoción, dirección de Comunicación, Digital o Audiovisuales para encontrar la mejor forma de presentar los productos a los consumidores.
Ayudar a definir objetivos, priorizar hojas de ruta, encontrar las herramientas adecuadas, monitorear KPIs en nuestras herramientas analíticas para crear la mejor experiencia para las Facultades y el futuro estudiante.
Requisitos :
Titulación universitaria relacionada con ADE, Comunicación, etc.
Experiencia previa en un puesto similar: 3 – 5 años.
Se valorará experiencia con CRM.
Castellano y nivel medio de inglés.
Conocimientos en marketing digital.
Dominio de herramientas de presentación (PPT) y Excel.
Proactividad e iniciativa, organización y autonomía.
Capacidad de análisis y de interlocución con el cliente interno.
Buscamos una persona muy comunicativa, con alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo, así como de organización, planificación y negociación, proactividad, creatividad y de orientación al logro, con ambición sana.
