We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator with an open-minded personality, who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity.

Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration with Service Cloud and other systems.

Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other features to meet business needs.

Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolution and proactive maintenance.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Implement and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access and security.

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools.

REQUIREMENTS

+4 years of experience in a similar position, working as Salesforce Administrator.

Wide experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms, being able to optimize and integrate between them and with other services.

Strong experience working with Salesforce Admin tools, Salesforce Development, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Monitoring and troubleshooting experience.

Self-management skills, ability to work without supervision, support, and able to supervise less experienced colleagues.

Experience communicating with several stakeholders (management, clients, cross-functional teams).

Strong communication skills in Spanish (Native/Fluent level is a must).
