Job Description
The Northern Cluster Digital Associate will implement Digital Marketing / Media plans and programs through marketing, merchandising, creative strategies, and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver critical processes to implement digital marketing programs and analyze their effectiveness.
Schedule, prioritize, and manage activities to track usage trends of the organization's digital platforms, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact.
Instruct, direct, and review implementation of digital marketing/media programs for Omnichannel strategy by integrating digital interactions (social media and e-commerce purchases) with interpersonal interactions.
Build relationships with search engines and portal sites that align with the digital goals.
Identify changes in trends ensuring that product/service information is up-to-date and comprehensive across all digital channels.
Maintain graphic designs and layout throughout different digital channels to support the organization's image, identity, and brands through a mix of web material, graphical user interfaces, and multimedia.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across META, TT, DV 360 (ideally in Beauty/Skincare or FMCG sector).
Hands-on experience in managing successful D2C digital marketing campaigns across the purchase funnel and various channels: PPC, Social, Display, Retargeting.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
Prior experience of working with/in a media agency.
Proficiency in English with a focus on business communication as part of a European team + 1 minimum additional language required (Italian or French).
