Descripción del trabajo - Strategic Sales Developer (Spanish speaker) - Barcelona For almost 10 years, papernest has successfully assisted over 1.5 million users in alleviating one of life's most tedious tasks: contract management. Tus misiones: Como Strategic Sales Developer, estarás en el corazón de la exploración de nuevas verticales para impulsar el crecimiento de papernest. Desempeñarás un papel clave en la definición de nuestro enfoque comercial en mercados inexplorados: tu misión será generar ideas, probar diversas estrategias y determinar los métodos más efectivos para fomentar el crecimiento. Responsabilidades: Prospección de nuevas verticales : Realizar llamadas en frío, enviar correos electrónicos, y otras actividades para identificar clientes potenciales en nuevos segmentos. Pruebas de nuevos enfoques de venta : Experimentar con diversas técnicas de venta para descubrir los métodos más eficaces para cada vertical. Análisis de resultados : Monitorear y evaluar el rendimiento de los diferentes enfoques, recopilando información para realizar los ajustes necesarios. Adaptación de la estrategia : Ajustar y perfeccionar tus tácticas de venta en función del análisis de datos para maximizar las tasas de éxito. Tu perfil: Tienes un mínimo de un año de experiencia en ventas (B2C y/o B2B). Posees una gran capacidad para comunicarte eficazmente y convencer: sabes establecer y mantener relaciones con los prospectos, comprender sus necesidades y presentar soluciones convincentes. Eres autónomo/a y resiliente: sabes ser persistente y mantener la motivación a pesar de los obstáculos, especialmente durante las fases iniciales de un proyecto. Eres adaptable y proactivo/a: sabes analizar las situaciones y ajustar la estrategia en función de los resultados. Te sientes cómodo/a trabajando en un entorno dinámico y rápido.
