You will partnerintensively with central marketing channel teams and with the local sales teams.You will be a part of a dynamic, ambitious and international/multilingual EuropeanMarketing & Partnerships team that is comprised of channel teams such asPerformance Marketing, Partnerships, and Integrated Marketing (Content Studio, SEO,CRM) as well as other Marketing Managers with regional or country responsibilities.Your responsibilities will include:Be the source & voice of market knowledge (competition, regulation) & localcustomer insights for your marketMaintain a holistic view of the market's leads targets & leads sources mix,advise/engage with central channels on a healthy quantum & mix of leadsLocally execute/adapt global awareness-driving activitiesOpportunistically ideate/pitch/execute local awareness activities or eventsCollaborate with local Sales to drive higher conversion rates: devise andcommunicate impactful promos, optimise sales communicationsWith central marketing teams co-create local marketing content relevant forthe business, incl. customer testimonials and SEO-driving contentIn collaboration with Partnerships leverage our B2B relationships to drivegreater awareness, more leads and salesCreate newsletters and discretionary marketing emails, leveraging centraltemplates & HubSpot expertiseOwn local Trustpilot and Google Reviews profiles & reviewer engagementMake sure that the content of the local website is up to date, on brand andaligned with business strategy; own all non-Paid marketing landing pages,assist in conversion optimisation effortsJointly with the Country Lead and central Integrated Marketing, enable local PRby cultivating and leveraging journalist & freelancer contactsWho you are:A doer with previous hands-on experience driving varied marketing topics atdigital-first businessesFluent in the French and English languages, culturally attuned to the Frenchmarket, local consumers and business practices, always "in the know" on thelocal market happeningsVery well organised with superior project- and time-management skills,thriving on hands-on execution as well coordination of multiple projects andwork-streamsCreative thinker capable of coming up with new ideas for promoting Otovo inthe market of responsibility, devising and hands-on executing testsA team player, comfortable with influencing and getting things done with andthrough others; an open, clear and effective communicator (both orally and inwriting)Numerate, analytical and comfortable with quantifying business impact ofmarketing actions, proficient with Google SheetsCapable of hands-on updating of the site and blog content andproposing/taking actions for site conversion optimisationOutgoing and thriving on forging and developing connections with localservice providers, journalists, partnersOperational knowledge of HubStop a plusWhat's in it for you?You'll get to be a part of our pan-European scale-up journey.
