.Desde Grafton iniciamos la búsqueda de un Strategy Manager para una compañía sector servicios y medio ambiente. Posición ubicada en Madrid.Como Manager de Estrategia, serás responsable de liderar iniciativas estratégicas clave que impulsen la innovación, eficiencia y crecimiento de la compañía. Estarás a cargo de diseñar e implementar procesos de transformación empresarial, con un enfoque en la sostenibilidad y el impacto ambiental.FuncionesDesarrollo Estratégico: Definir y ejecutar la estrategia a mediano y largo plazo, alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento, sostenibilidad y expansión de la empresa.Gestión de Transformación: Implementar proyectos de transformación organizacional, optimización de procesos y adopción de tecnologías innovadoras para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y los márgenes.Análisis de Mercado y Competencia: Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis competitivos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y nuevas áreas de negocio dentro del sector.Innovación y Sostenibilidad: Promover y liderar iniciativas de sostenibilidad, asegurando que los procesos de reciclaje sean ambientalmente responsables y económicamente viables.Gestión del Cambio: Colaborar con todos los departamentos para gestionar el cambio cultural y operativo, asegurando la adopción de nuevas prácticas y tecnologías.Monitoreo y Evaluación de Proyectos: Establecer KPIs y realizar un seguimiento continuo del desempeño de los proyectos estratégicos, reportando a la alta dirección sobre los avances y resultados.Colaboración Interfuncional: Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de finanzas, operaciones, marketing y ventas para asegurar una alineación estratégica en todos los niveles de la organización.Desarrollo de Alianzas: Identificar y construir alianzas estratégicas con otras empresas del sector, ONG, y gobiernos locales para fomentar la colaboración en iniciativas de reciclado y sostenibilidad.Requisitos:Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Sustentabilidad o carreras afines. MBA o maestría en áreas relacionadas es un plus.Experiencia Profesional: Al menos 6 años de experiencia en roles de estrategia, transformación o consultoría, preferentemente en el sector reciclado, gestión de residuos, o sostenibilidad.Conocimientos Técnicos: Familiaridad con metodologías de mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma), y transformación digital. Conocimiento de regulaciones medioambientales y normativas del sector reciclado.Habilidades Analíticas: Capacidad para interpretar datos complejos y desarrollar recomendaciones estratégicas basadas en análisis detallados.Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipos: Experiencia demostrada en liderar equipos multifuncionales y gestionar proyectos de gran escala.Comunicación y Negociación: Habilidades excepcionales para comunicar de manera efectiva con stakeholders internos y externos, y para negociar alianzas estratégicas.Inglés fluido, competencia completa
