Job Title: Content Strategy Manager

Amadeus is seeking a skilled Content Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of content strategies across all corporate websites. This role will be responsible for managing current content, guiding and supporting the content specialist team, and strategizing the integration of new experiences, products, and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy Development: Define, develop, and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Content Management: Conduct content audits and analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content on the managed websites.
  • Collaboration and Guidance: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to align, place, and build content on the website based on strategic objectives and target audience. Provide guidance and support to authors and content specialists.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Role Experience: Experience as a Content Strategy Manager or similar role.
  • Content Strategy Knowledge: Solid understanding of content strategy principles.
  • SEO and Web Analytics: Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web analytics.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines, with experience or willingness to learn content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
