This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role amp; What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Product Manager role will make an impact:Define and execute a plan to maintain and grow sales in Tail business amp; Hospital BusinessAnalyze the portfolio and market to understand source of business and adapt strategy: benefits, prescribers, competitors, price,…Define and implement Tail amp; hospital generics strategy in Spain.Definition and tracking of performance KPIs in Spain.Coordinate with local stakeholders to leverage opportunities with the Tail amp; Hospital business.Define Premium Tail brands, Mature Tail products amp; Core/ promoted Hospital productsHave a close coordination with Pharmacy SF, Primary Care and Specialty Care to create synergies.Review and update accordingly the forecastManage Aamp;PDefine and execute a plan for Premium Tail products:Define and execute a marketing plan for selected productsCreate all the assets for the execution of the plan: ViatrisConnect, banners, brand highlight videos, newsletters, etc.Define and track the specific KPIs for the digital plan in place.Close coordination with Global Tail Business team amp; Hospital Global team to leverage the opportunities.Find new ways to promote Tail products: understand best practice from other countriesViatris is an equal opportunity employer.
