With pride, we can say that we have been among the best in the recruitment field for 17 years.For one of our clients – a global company offering products, services, and solutions that make global trade flow with ease, we are searching for experienced, responsible, and analytically-minded people for the role of Senior Accounts Receivable with German (Remote).Essential Responsibilities:Maintain contact and follow-up schedules, make collection calls and send reminder emails; Ensure accurate cash application, handle payment queries and secure customer payment commitments; Keep customer intelligence files updated and provide updates on customer accounts as needed; Manage disputes and follow up on resolutions, escalating when needed; Monitor and respond to shared mailbox queries and escalate unresolved issues or payment delays; Use FSCM and ERPs per guidelines; Complete month-end taskson time and prepare required reports; Meet targets for overduereduction and call activity; Give feedback to credit control; Follow the Collections Playbook; Attend training and update work instructions as needed; Adapt to process changesand handle additional tasks as requested.Requirements:2-5 years of relevant experience in an international setting and strong finance knowledge; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business; Fluent in English and German; Proficiency in Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), Google Slides/PowerPoint, and process mapping tools; ERP experience, SAP preferred; Willing to learn variousOrder to Cash processes; Team player with analytical and time management skills; Ability to work independently and adapt to changes; Detail-oriented and logical thinker.Our client offers:Competitive salary; Performance-based bonuses; Health and dental insurance and 25 paid vacation days; Standard working time (09:00-18:00h); Option for remote work within Bulgaria with minimal office presence required; 120 BGN in food vouchers;65 BGN transportation allowance; Newborn gift package;Hot drinks in the office; Corporate events and team buildings.Rest assured that we will reach out promptly to the candidates whose profiles closely match our requirements.
