Your main functions will be:Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of product development, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy, considering market analysis, trends and customer feedback.Product Marketing: Collaborate with the business development team to create and execute effective product launch and positioning campaigns.Offer collaboration: Collaborate with the business development team to generate customer offers.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and adjust product strategies accordingly.Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure delivery of high quality products.KPI Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to assess product success and make necessary adjustments.Customer Relationship: Maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure that their needs are reflected in the products developed.Continuous Innovation: Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and the generation of new ideas.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?For this position, we are looking for experts with a degree in Engineering and additional training in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA or a related field.Professional experience in Product Management in Technology or Software sectors. Proficiency in product marketing strategies, market research, and product lifecycle management.Experience with product management tools and data analysis.
