HR PATH GROUP The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS).We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise) RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing YOUR MISSIONS As a Workday Consultant (specialized Accounting Center), you will work closely with client business team & IT, and will deliver integration solutions and support between Workday and other applications that are fit for purpose.Next to implementation and support, you will provide our clients requested solutions and improve their IT integration landscape having Workday as the central HR system.You will participate in every phase of a Workday implementation from offer to production support.Finally, you will participate in the development and optimization of our propositions and differentiators to further grow or business.A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or to attend Global events.Your main responsibilities are: Perform detailed designs of Workday and the technical environment, which will have to be future proof, scalable, open, efficient, secure, and cost-effective.Ensure that all implementation decisions are technically viable.Produce the technical products required by the integration needs of the customer's platform Produce the technical configurations where needed/possible.Participate in the production of technical documentation.Liaise with clients as required.YOUR PROFILE Broad technology experience and a good awareness of industry trends and their potential impact on current & future business applications.The ability to understand complex solutions, in line with client's expectations; Demonstrated technical skills; Experience with Data Conversion; Experience in application integrations and integration implementation concepts: Asynchronous vs. Synchronous, reliability, availability, scalability, performance,… Experience in SOA in general and ESB in particular; Thorough knowledge of security concepts; Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Workday knowledge is a strong asset.Knowledge of ERP-systems (e.g.PeopleCode, SQR, ABAP) is a plus Knowledge Accounting Center Knowledge of the following languages: English WHAT WE OFFER An hyper-challenging and fulfilling work environment in full international development A rapid growth of your career with many possibilities of evolution (horizontal & vertical) : international & internal mobility, training & certifications A good work-life balance with remote possibilities : labeled Happy at Work, we listen to our employees A great work atmosphere on a daily basis : quarterly team parties, annual congress...
