Senior Workday Consultant Consultant Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the translation of the customer's needs into deliverables, the preparation of documentation and presentations
- Parameterize the modules for the implementation of a functional solution adapted to the customer's needs
- Accompany the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution
- Prepare and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered
- Control the quality of the service provided to the client
- Developments on the tool, tests and receipts
- Ensure technical maintenance
- Carry out technical monitoring, train users
- Advise customers on solution evolutions and their implementation
Required Professional Expertise
- You have more than 5 years of experience in HRIS in a consulting firm or in a company and have knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday HCM software.
- Your level of English and French is fluent
