German Customer Support Specialist

Position: Customer Care Specialist (German) Location: Remote in Montenegro Employment Type: Full-time Are you ready to elevate your career?
We are seeking experienced German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a highly-rated BPO company known for its exceptional employee satisfaction.
In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers of a financial services company from the comfort of your home in Montenegro.
Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through phone, email, and live chat support.
Research and provide accurate responses to customer queries.
Navigate internal and external resources to ensure top-quality service.
Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
Document all customer interactions according to standard procedures and troubleshoot emerging trends in issues.
Adhere to established protocols, KPIs, and company policies for consistent service delivery.
Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with team members and other departments.
Requirements: Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written.
Familiar with customer support software, including Zendesk and internal troubleshooting tools.
Experience in customer support and technical support, especially with help desks or IT functions.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Adaptable and flexible with a strong knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Indefinite contract with private health and life insurance.
Eight-hour shifts on a weekly rotation, covering operating hours from Monday to Sunday (9 AM to 11 PM).
Fully remote work from Montenegro.
