Dentro del área de Facilities de Grifols S.A., se precisa incorporar un/a Facilities Services Specialist quien dará soporte al técnico especialista y a las partes operativas del departamento en la coordinación y seguimiento de las actividades que se desarrollan, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, con las políticas de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y las directrices fijadas por su línea de mando.
Tus responsabilidades serán: Gestionar los servicios de limpieza, mantenimiento, control de plagas, jardinería y soporte de los centros asignados.
Participar en reuniones periódicas de seguimiento y control de resultados con las partes operativas y contratistas.
Coordinar reuniones para el seguimiento de costes y acciones de mejora en curso.
Escalar problemas no resueltos a su área.
Asistir al especialista de Facilities Services en las actividades subcontratadas.
Obtención de datos y realización de informes.
Verificar periódicamente la correcta alimentación de datos en los sistemas de gestión.
Identificar errores y solucionarlos o notificarlos.
Quién eres: Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, una persona debe ser capaz de llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de manera satisfactoria.
Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos de los conocimientos, habilidades, formación y/o capacidad requeridos.
Se pueden realizar adaptaciones del puesto para que las personas con diversidad funcional puedan realizar las tareas del puesto.
Posees formación de Ingeniería o Arquitectura, siendo valorable CFGM - CFGS aportando experiencia previa de 5 años en puesto similar.
Preferiblemente formación y conocimientos en Facilities Management.
Aportas, preferiblemente, una experiencia de entre 3 y 5 años en áreas de Facility Services, tanto en servicios hard (mantenimiento) como en servicios soft (limpieza, jardinería, vigilancia, control de plagas).
Posees un nivel de inglés avanzado, B2.
Dominas el paquete office y posees conocimientos de SAP.
Valorable conocimientos con software de gestión del mantenimiento.
Eres una persona con capacidad resolutiva, empatía y buenas habilidades comunicativas.
Disponibilidad para hacer desplazamientos habituales a las instalaciones de los distintos centros de Parets y puntuales al resto de centros Grifols en España para inspección o auditoría de servicios o atender reuniones.
