Job Overview
Werfen is seeking a skilled Facilities Technical Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of all facilities and hard services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance tasks and technical processes of the facilities (offices, technical services centers, and warehouses).
  • Supervise the maintenance plan and all supplier agreements.
  • Coordinate external technical staff operations with the external supervisor.
  • Supervise HVAC, Fire Protection systems, LV, MV, and all other hard services of the facilities.
  • Ensure the correct supply of electricity, water, and gas to avoid disrupting daily operations.
  • Provide solutions to daily technical incidents.
  • Identify technical improvements for greater energy efficiency.
  • Draft technical reports for future recommendations and improvements.
  • Supervise the technical documentation of all Iberia centers.
  • Ensure the correct operation of the company's CMMS system.
  • Supervise the inventory of all assets in each center.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Manage and control documentation in digital management software.

Requirements:
  • Studies in engineering or technical fields.
  • Experience working with internal and external vendors and services contracting; at least 3 years' experience in building services required.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple facilities.
  • Basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability with GMAO's and CAD.
  • Language: Specific to country and role's needs; English knowledge will be considered.
