International Client & Team Lead – Craft WorldwideReporting to: Global Business LeadRole as Client & Team Lead …The International Client & Team Lead will play a central role in the business and will be pivotal to the smooth running of the team. You'll work closely with the creative agencies, production consultants and clients on exciting production opportunities. You'll have a true passion for traditional & modern content production and use your expertise to successfully manage the team whilst ensuring high quality project delivery. You will report to the Global Business Lead, supporting with commercial conversations, business growth, financial reporting and forecasting.Your responsibilities;Client & Team ManagementImmersing yourself in the client's brand and businessSetting and managing overall project deliverables, time frames and client expectationsBuilding strong day to day relationships exhibiting excellent communication with every contactConstantly analysing and improving internal workflow processes, prioritising maximizing team efficiencies and delivery efficienciesEnsuring clients understand agreed workflows and managing them through the processManaging, coaching and mentoring a team of 5+ peopleDemonstrating the ability to write, prepare and present documents and reports that are tailored to each client's style, preference, knowledge and experience - all in EnglishProviding weekly status reports to the business leadProduction Management ResponsibilitiesCoordinating between all relevant parties - internal studios (Video, Digital, Print) and external (Clients and other Agencies)Managing the team workload effectively and highlighting any support needs to the business leadTaking responsibility for ongoing project progress and status vs. schedules, timings and delaysSupervising all client projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest qualityKeeping the Business Lead updated on the status of projects, on internal & external challenges, project pipeline, revenue status & forecastBusiness Development OpportunitiesStriving to improve client and stakeholder relationsProactively seeking and identifying new revenue opportunities in existing clients or prospects and informing the Business leadSupporting the Business lead in developing proposals for any new revenue opportunitiesQuality Control ResponsibilitiesActing as a brand/QC guardian – supporting and ensuring brand guidelines/QC checklists and procedures are followedScoping, bidding and forecasting all incoming projectsEnsuring full compliance with all financial procedures and policiesHelping develop initiatives to maximise profitability in projects, while keeping a high standard of deliveryEnsuring reconciliation and billing of all projects in a timely mannerAssisting with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance functionRequired Skills …Fluent oral and written English is required – Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage and any other EU language skills are helpfulA can-do attitude and agility is a MUST - as well as the ability to work under pressureSignificant experience in advertising, preferably within studio or a production agencyA mastery of stakeholder relationship managementExperience managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams is necessaryWell versed in digital media and curious about production, innovation and new production techAs International Client & Team Lead you'll have access to...Indefinite contractCompetitive salary, negotiable according to experience.23 working days of vacation (+ 2 long weekends of your choice).Your birthday offIncorporation in a multinational company with high professional, economic and financial solvency that leads new, innovative and large-scale projects.About CraftTo achieve success in the world of global adaptation and production, you need more than just clear processes and smart technology, you need true craftsmen and women – people who care deeply about their clients' brands and who work tirelessly to drive maximum cost savings for a client while ensuring that each brand's story remains impactful as it travels around the world.Craft currently employs over 1000 full-time employees, operating in 120 countries with hubs in 17 strategic locations specializing in broadcast/video production, print production, digital production and global translation.While we are wholly owned by McCann World group, we have been purposely established as a truly independent company within the Interpublic Group of Companies.McCann Worldgroup is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
