Permanent contract - Full-time - Mid-Senior level - No level of education requiredPosition: District Manager Retail As part of our development, we are looking for a District Manager Retail, based in Barcelona.Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Area Manager, you are the guarantor of compliance with the commercial policy of the brand with the American Vintage network in Spain.
You will mainly intervene in three main areas:Sales Management Supervise, guide your teams to maximize revenue & KPIs by making action plans to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability and by organizing visits in your stores on a weekly basis.Analyze the performance of your network and make weekly reports to your Head of Retail.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.Team Management Follow the onboarding of new collaborators and create an inspirational and growth-enabled environment for staff, fostering a positive company philosophy to strengthen the loyalty of your employees and reduce staff turnover.Optimize & coordinate the planning/payroll according to work legislations, peak activities, and budget.Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.Be on the field with your teams and organize fun & interactive trainings on daily responsibilities, collection, customer service, management, and company's procedures.Organize regular meetings with your store managers to discuss business updates, issues, opportunities, and trainings.Administration Manage stock levels of your zone and take key decisions about stock control (returns, transfer, push requests, inventories,...).Control administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all personnel paperwork, preparing and submitting reports, and monitoring sales receipts and cash.Carry out store openings & adapt to unforeseen situations.Profile You must have a first successful experience in the animation of an area in retail, preferably in fashion.
You are an organized person, with a developed sense of business.
As a local manager, you are attentive & exemplary.
You represent the image and orientations of American Vintage at all times.
