And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.Responsibilities:Your role as an Associate Director will involve:- Employer Relations & Business Development:- Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to attract top-tier organizations and enterprises to IE University.- Manage and expand a portfolio of employer partners, including conducting regular visits and fostering relationships.- Serve as the point of contact for companies with an MBA recruitment initiative in place at Business Schools- Leverage alumni networks and faculty expertise to cultivate connections with the market.- Represent IE University nationally and internationally at industry events and conferences (30 to 50% travel required).- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling communication and marketing plans for recruiting events
