About the role: As a Lead Generation Engineer , you will collaborate closely with our Sales and Sales Operations teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality inflow of leads, driving the top of the sales funnel.
Your primary mission is to gather and manage prospecting data.
You'll ensure the data is accurate, secure, and actionable while refining lead-scoring methods to support prioritization.
By combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of sales dynamics, you will play a crucial role in fueling our business growth.
Your mission: Improve our Lead Generation app codebase.
Collect & aggregate prospecting data via scrapping, scripting and data purchase.
Ensure the quality, availability and security of prospecting data.
Implement lead-scoring rules & make them evolve.
Ensure a continuous feedback loop with the sales teams.
Build the Lead Generation Playbook.
Your profile: Experience in Python development, including testing, deployment, and codebase refactoring.
Experience with SQL, git/Github, and standard delivery processes.
Pragmatism and obsession with simplicity, efficiency, and performance.
Strongly oriented to quality and testing.
