Sales Manager Row And New Markets

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As aSales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the ROW and New Markets team and ensure it reaches its goals and keep on growing. You will have a key role in maximizing revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets Provide coaching, training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance Analyze market trends and customer feedbacks to identify on the one hand opportunities of improvement and growth and on the other potential market opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics Requirements: At least 5 years experience in sales, 2 of which in management. Previous experience in business development would be a plus. Fluent level of English. Any other language such as Portuguese, Polish or Dutch is a plus Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Based in Barcelona What we offer: Fixed salary + commission plan 28 days holidays per year Flexible remuneration plan: save money on private health insurance, child voucher, tickets restaurants and transportation Gym plan with great discounts Career path and opportunities international Flexible working Travelling - participate to our international kick-offs and workshops, amongst others.
