col-wideJob Description:Somos 7PLAY, una empresa del sector de las telecomunicaciones joven y dinámica en plena fase de hiper-crecimiento a nível nacional, y precisamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de PEOPLE & DIGITAL a un/a PEOPLE MANAGER-HRBP para nuestras oficinas de Madrid (Las Rozas).Tareas¿Cuáles serán tus funciones en el equipo?En dependencia directa del Chief People & Digital Officer tendrás que- Liderar el área de People Operations - administración de personal (a través de proveedor externo: solicitud y supervisión de la elaboración de contratos y nóminas, altas/bajas en SS, variaciones, finiquitos), control horario, permisos y vacaciones, gestión de la retribución flexible, PRL y CAE,así como la comunicación y resolución de incidencias de empleados.- Responsabilizarte del desarrollo y seguimiento de todos los requerimientos regulatorios y laborales como el plan de igualdad, registro retributivo, canal de denuncias, y cualquier novedad en normativa laboral.- Impulsar la implantación de las Políticas y Procesos de HR en todo el Grupo (holding y operadores locales), ayudando a Directores y Gerentes en su aplicación, garantizando su cumplimiento, creando relaciones de confianza.- Ejercer funciones de Gestor de Personal - HRBP con los empleados en todas sus necesidades del día a día.- Apoyar en los Procesos de HR: onboarding, recruiting (publicación, phone screening), evaluación de desempeño, encuesta de compromiso y sus planes de acción, formación y desarrollo, planes de diversidad, inclusión y ESG, acciones de engagement/motivación y celebraciones de empresa.- Impulsar la permanente evolución del Cuadro de Mando de People (Employee Data Analytics), generar Presentaciones e Informes, así como mantener el control presupuestario de la función de People.- Colaborar en la implantación de los sistemas y tecnología de People - HRIS.**Requisitos**:- tienes al menos 7-10 años de experiência en un rol de Generalista de RRHH, o especialista en Relaciones Laborales- formación académica: Diplomatura / Licenciatura, valorable Máster o Postgrado en Recursos Humanos, y Data Analytics- nível medio-alto de inglés (B2, preferente pero no imprescindible)- nível avanzado de Office (excel ALTO, powerpoint), ó mejor aún si has trabajado con Google (Drive, Sheets, Slides, DATA Studio), y herramientas de Data visualization; será valorado el manejo avanzado de DATA, siendo People una función muy data-driven- habilidades: alto nível de comunicación, autonomía, capacidad de simultanear funciones, aprendizaje, proactividad, creatividad, planificación y organización- eres un excelente team player, integrándote en un equipo dinámico y multidisciplinar**Qué buscamos**:Profesionales con energía, visión creativa y ganas de ayudarnos a cumplir los objetivos de hipercrecimiento del apasionante proyecto al que te puedes incorporar.
