Position: Growth Marketing Manager Location: London, UK or Remote (US or Europe) About the Company: This innovative company is revolutionizing the CRM landscape by building a radically new type of CRM that is as flexible and powerful as advanced data models, yet as intuitive and collaborative as the best no-code software.
The platform evolves with customers as they grow, making it a living, breathing part of their tech stack.
Team Size: You'll be joining a growing team focused on amplifying the voices of customers and highlighting the company's unique product offerings.
With a small and nimble team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the marketing strategy and drive growth.
About the Role: As a Growth Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for scaling performance programs (paid ads, referrals, lifecycle email, etc.)
and leading a growing team of marketing specialists.
You will own the marketing operations platforms and build an experimentation framework to optimize customer acquisition and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage performance programs, including paid search, social, media, and referrals.
Build and implement an experimentation framework and roadmap for CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Create and scale new performance programs, potentially around affiliates and partnerships.
Own lifecycle marketing and marketing operations platforms.
Lead and grow a team of marketing specialists based on program success and demand.
Requirements: 5-15 years of experience scaling performance channels in fast-growing startups.
2+ years of management experience.
Strong track record of scaling performance programs such as paid search, social, and media.
Experience with lifecycle marketing and marketing ops platforms.
Ability to build experimentation frameworks and data-driven roadmaps for growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to $200,000 Equity: 0.5% Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
Work Authorization: Available for candidates in the US, Europe, and the UK (No visa sponsorship).
