Job Description
El Técnico de Mantenimiento opera dentro de un departamento de producción/técnico, con un enfoque en la ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
El propósito principal del trabajo de un Técnico de Mantenimiento es prevenir cualquier mal funcionamiento del equipo, aparatos, maquinaria o sistemas que se utilizan en el proceso de producción.
El Técnico de Mantenimiento también puede apoyar otras instalaciones además de la producción, como laboratorios de I+D, instalaciones de oficinas, así como edificios técnicos (servicios públicos) y sistemas para logística y almacenamiento.
El trabajo se encarga de cualquier solución de problemas para mantener el proceso de producción en funcionamiento y realiza tareas para prevenir futuras interrupciones.
El trabajo puede estar limitado a una sola disciplina técnica (como construcción, mecánica, rotativa, eléctrica), o puede ser más especializado de manera que, además de una disciplina técnica principal, el Técnico de Mantenimiento pueda abordar problemas en áreas técnicas relacionadas.
Dependiendo del tamaño de la instalación, el número de Técnicos de Mantenimiento puede variar en disciplinas técnicas y niveles de experiencia.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVEInspecciones y mantenimiento preventivo/planificado.Verifica y evalúa el estado de los equipos de manejo, instalaciones neumáticas y/o mecánicas/eléctricas, instalaciones de recepción y silos, líneas de molienda, mezcla y prensado, llenado de bolsas, alimentación y/o fertilizantes, carga a granel y básculas, sobre la base de programas de mantenimiento/listas de verificación.Restaura defectos (inminentes) y realiza actividades de mantenimiento correctivo derivadas de las inspecciones (según el programa).Señala al superior los defectos (potenciales) con detalles de la naturaleza y gravedad, propone soluciones para evitar problemas (futuros o recurrentes) con el funcionamiento de (partes de) equipos/maquinaria/sistemas de transporte.Solicita/encuesta repuestos y materiales para mantenimiento.Trabaja en actividades de mantenimiento planificadas de naturaleza más extensa y/o compleja (es decir, durante paradas de mantenimiento), y puede supervisar a técnicos de terceros.Averías y defectos/reparaciones: Soluciona averías y defectos en equipos, maquinaria, sistemas de medición y control y otras partes de la instalación.Evalúa la naturaleza y el alcance del problema y determina si es necesario o posible una reparación inmediata, evalúa las causas de las fallas y las posibles soluciones.Realiza reparaciones de emergencia, desmonta (partes de) equipos/maquinaria y realiza las reparaciones/cambios necesarios en el equipo, si es necesario en consulta con el supervisor.Realiza reparaciones más extensas en tiempos programados y basadas en la planificación e instrucciones preparadas (desmontaje/ensamblaje, reemplazo de piezas, ajuste de piezas).Trabaja con colegas en trabajos de naturaleza más extensa y/o compleja.
