Position: Technical Presales EngineerAs a Technical Presales Engineer, you'll be working in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives to sell and promote a company's products and security solutions to our customers. You'll be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers. You'll also participate in technology fairs and events.What You'll Be DoingProviding technical knowledge and expertise.Being certified in different Vendor's technologies.Supporting the business teams in the development and construction of offers to the clients.Interacting with partners, identifying needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy.Delivering training and workshops for our customers.Regular customer visits.Creating PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer environment with different technical solutions of Arrow.Continuously being trained in the latest technologies.What We Are Looking For2 years of relevant experience in the DataCenter sector or a technical IT high school diploma or Degree in Computer Science.Networking and infrastructure skills are a plus.Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills.Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, and the desire to excel in what you learn.Ability to identify and resolve partner issues while excelling at prioritization of the workload.Regional travel and participation in EMEA events are required.Knowledge of Cloud, backup solutions, NAS solutions, big data, and IoT will be a plus.Ability to cooperate and work within the team.What's In It For YouGrowth Opportunities.Gaining certifications.Challenging & diverse tasks.Opportunity to work with the biggest players in the infrastructure sector (DataCenter).Open Corporate Culture with a modern and dynamic work environment.Safe and trustworthy employment.Working in collaboration with the Technical and Sales team.Participating in technology fairs and events.Arrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.Location: ES-Alcobendas, Spain (Avenida de Europa)Time Type: Full timeJob Category: Sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
