It means keeping on top of competitor activity, as well as global and regional trends.- The Head of Product is customer centric and has a deep knowledge of what makes a great gambling product,an experienced leader capable of managing diverse personalities across global locations, collaborating with a wider team to deliver best in class products.- It's a chance to capitalise on your business and technical savvy and to make your vision for compelling online games a reality.What you will do- Full ownership of the RNG Table Games and Live Dealer product portfolio with focus on creating innovative, market leading and disruptive products.- Contributes to strategy and leads the cross-functional team that delivers it.- Own the Games product roadmap having final sign off on game mechanics, user flows and detailed specifications.- Support the game producers in prioritising and refining individual product backlogs for assigned products, balancing the business needs of stakeholders and players.- Support game producers when collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders including: design, architecture, security, engineering, and user enablement.- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers across the organisation to inform the RNG Table Games and Live Dealer vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation.- Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure all products meet the required jurisdictional compliance whilst always maintaining consideration of responsible gambling and social responsibility.- Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to secure data points that measure product success and efficient reporting.What you'll bring- A proven track record as a Senior Product Leader, Game Designer or similar role within Online Casino Gaming industry (RNG Table Games, Live Dealer).- Great organisational skills and a proven ability to proactively manage time effectively when handling multiple simultaneous initiatives.- Hands-on experience managing a product team throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.- Narrative skills.- A customer-first mindset.- Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design.- Comfortable with Excel / spreadsheets.- A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skills.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
